The Marshfield Lady Jays take their #1 State Ranking into the District Championship to face the #6 Ranked West Plains Lady Zizzers. These two teams know each other well. In the last meeting between the two on February 16th it took double overtime before Marshfield pulled out a 2 point victory. Winning 69-67 in a classic!
At the Pink and White Tournament in December Marshfield beat the Lady Zizzers 51-42.
These two also played 3 times last year. Marshfield won the Class 5 District 6 Tournament over West Plains 64-58 before falling just one game short of the Final Four.
Marshfield has won 6 of the last 7 dating back to January of 2023 when our Seniors were Freshmen.
