I had the pleasure of attending at least one day of the Nixa shoot out this weekend and had plenty of Blue Jay basketball to watch. I don’t have the scores available to you all, but below are wins and loses.

Junior Varsity also played in the shoot out, with wins over Norwood and Reeds Spring. They had losses from Rogersville, Webb City Freshmen, Webb City J.V., and Glendale.
From what I saw, we looked fairly good on the offensive side of the ball and still need a little work on our defense. But Coach Stokes should have his kids conditioned and ready to go for the 09-10 Season. Coming up in the summer we still have the Hillcrest Shootout as well as the Bolivar Shootout. I should have reports from both of those when they happen.
The Marshfield Basketball Camp is June 22-24th. They will also be leaving in a week or two for a shooting camp in Indiana.
