The Ozark Lady Tigers jumped out early and took a 14-8 first quarter lead. Using tough physical play in the 2nd quarter fueled by 16 points from Melonie Williams they went into the half leading 34-15. From there we couldn’t seem to get it going and Ozark went on to win 57 to 27.
The next game for our Ladies will be next week when we get to play Republic for the second time this season. As you remember the Jays knocked off the Higher seeded Republic team in the Pink and White tourney. Coach Murphy said in the postgame show that you can listen to right here that they (Republic) will come in here hungry and looking for revenge. That game will be Monday so join us then.
