In the 2nd round another Freshman Braden Danner of Harrisonville beat Park. Danner is the #8 Seed with a record of 35-8 and a .814 wining percentage.
Danner advanced by beating the #9 Seed Junior Aaron Sarquist of Ft. Zumwalt South.
In the 3rd round match Tyler was matched up with Chance Moore Junior from Poplar Bluff. With 32 seconds remaining in the 3rd Tyler was up 1-0 when he got pinned.
