Amanda Gourley was on fire to start the game and she scored all 13 of Marshfield’s 1st quarter points and the Lady Jays led 13-10 after one. Marshfield extended the lead to 33-18 at the half. The game was never really in jeopardy and the Jays went on to win by 30. The final was 63-33.
Amanda Gourley led all scorers with 25. Lauren Aldridge added 17. Jessie Bruton hit 3 three pointers for her 9 points. Maddie McCall scored 6. Alley Bruton and Makenna Smith each added 3 apiece.
Webb City scored the first 15 in the game agains Neosho and never looked back. They won that contest 61 to 23.
Marshfield and Webb City will face each other tomorrow at 7:30. We cannot call that game so get in the car and DRIVE to Joplin to cheer our LADY JAYS!
