Proudly Broadcasting Marshfield, Missouri to the World!

Football Jays Top Buffalo – Rebroadcast Now Available

Click here to listen to the game  There is about 20 minutes of pregame testing and music you can fast foward through.  This is another first for us here at MarshfieldWebTV.com  Thank You!

Technical difficulties with the facility at Buffalo made it impossible to broadcast live Friday night.  Our apologies to our loyal listeners.  There is a big microwave tower located right at the field that was causing interference and disrupting our broadcast.  The good news is we are going to rebroadcast the game so you can here it in its entirety.

The first quarter was scoreless as both teams defenses played great.  Offensively, each team was forced to a three and out for the opening possessions.

Marshfield started the scoring late in the second quarter when  Drane went in the endzone from 1 yard out on a quarterback sneak.  Reese added the extra point making the score 7-0.   Later in the half, Drane found Keenan in the corner of the endzone with a 27 yard completion to make the score 13-0.  After the play, an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty on Buffalo gave the Jays a chance for a 2 point conversion from just one yard out.  Hildenbrand banged it in and the Bluejays led 15-0.

15-0 is how it stayed until, with just 7 seconds left in the game, Buffalo spoiled the shutout by punching one in.  They went for 2, but got stuffed and that made the final 15-6.

Marshfield moves to 5-2 on the season. District play starts next week as the Jays host Ozark.  Ozark, Nixa, and Branson are the only 3 games that matter as far as post season play is concerned.  One of these four teams will make the state playoffs.  GOOD LUCK JAYS next week against Ozark.  BEAT THE TIGERS!
