Marshfield give up 2 runs in the top of the first to a tough Ava squad but was able to answer in to score four of their own to make the score 4-2 after 1. From there the Jays added one in the 2nd and went on to win 5-3.
Marshfield will play the winner of West Plains and Hartville who are getting ready to play now.
