The Lady Jays softball team got the 2013 season underway lastnight from the newly remodeled softball field at home. Marshfield hosted the Lady Hornets from Hillcrest. Marshfield jumped out early by scoring 7 in the bottom of the first and never looked back. The Lady Jays won 12-2.
