Central High School’s Molly Waxman scored the game winner in the second overtime as the Lady Jays fell 2-1 in non-conference soccer action at Harrison Stadium in Springfield on Thursday night.
Marshfield grabbed the lead late in the first half on a goal by Ashley Honeycutt, assisted by Rachel Freeze.
Central got the equalizer from Sara Hoover midway through the second half.
Marshfield will be back in action Friday, April 4, hosting Springfield Catholic with JV action 5 p.m., followed by the varsity.
