The Marshfield High School Lady Jays finished third at the Bolivar Relays on Friday, April 11.
The Lady Jays will be hosting the annual Marshfield High School Invitational Track & Field meet on Tuesday, April 15 at 4 p.m. at R. A. Barr Athletic Stadium.
Team scores at Bolivar were:
Tie for first between Bolivar and Ozark at 126.5, 3. Marshfield 65, 4. School of the Osage 58.5, 5. Reeds Spring 57.5, 6. El Dorado Springs 53, 7. Republic 46, 8. Conway 43, 9. Stockton 32, 10. Marshfield’s Anna Glenn won the discus with a throw of 102 feet, 5 inches.
The Lady Jays were third in the 3,200 meter relay with a time of 11:31.73 minutes. Conway won the race in 10:53.43.
Phoebe Letterman took third for Marshfield in the 100 meter dash with a time of 14.18 seconds. That race was won by Clarissa Watkins of Republic in 13.59 seconds.
Sarah Vredenburg finished third in the 3,200 meter run with a time of 13:08.98 minutes, a race won by Kacy Hession of Willard in 12:54.76.
Ariel Moss of Marshfield finished third in the pole vault with an effort of 8-feet, 6-inches. Amber Howard of School of the Osage won the event at 9-6.
