The Willow Springs Bears do not get a lot of press in Southwest Missouri, so here is a quick rundown of the BEARS season so far.
Week 1 beat Reeds Springs 22-12.
Week 2 beat Ava 10-8
Week 3 lost to Thayer 47-12
Week 4 lost to Salem 21-7
Week 5 beat Cabool 26-7.
Here are directions to Palenski Field. From Marshfield take "A" Hwy to "60" turn left. Take Highway 60 to first Willow Springs exit, go about two miles, when you see a Casey’s store on left, take the next street (Ferguson) and turn left.
Go 3 blocks and will be stop sign. Start down the hill (gym on left) go to top of hill and turn right. (field is immediately on left hand side).
